Sandra Lowe - Support Team Lead
Sandra joined the Support helpdesk in 1989. She is currently the Support Team Lead. Sandra previously worked for public libraries in several departments, and also has foundation level ITIL certification. Her passion outside of work is belly dancing.

Kristian Kelly - Senior Support Analyst
Kristian joined the Support helpdesk in May 2006. Previously Kristian worked as an IT recruitment consultant that followed on from a career spanning seven years as an analyst for a leading software house providing retail support, for front end EPOS systems and back office equipment including hardware support. He is a married father of one happy little chappy, and is a keen sportsman.

Andy Harley - Support Analyst
Andy joined Capita (formerly BLCMP & Talis) in November 1983, and is the most longstanding member of staff. He has worked in a variety of different roles, including development, training and product support. He currently works as a member of the Support helpdesk. He has a B.Lib. (Hons.) in Latin and Librarianship, and an M.A. in Latin historiography. Andy has also appeared in several prestigious TV and radio quizzes, including "University Challenge", "Mastermind", "Brain of Britain" and "Peter Powell's Record Race".

Gareth James - Support Analyst
Gareth joined the Helpdesk in November 2009 as a Support Analyst. Gareth has previously worked in support environments in the newspaper and IT industries. Gareth is a married father of three - 2 boys and 1 girl, and enjoys a round of golf when he gets the chance.
